15 years full time educationSummary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and synthesizing findings to inform design decisions. You will also create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and enhances overall satisfaction. Engaging with stakeholders to present design concepts and iterating based on feedback will be key components of your role, allowing you to contribute to the continuous improvement of user experience across various platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative design solutions. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience with usability testing and user research techniques. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. - Ability to create interactive prototypes and wireframes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
