Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research to
deeply understand users
, their needs, concerns, and limitations; communicate insights to software development teams (e.g., through personas).
Identify and address
UX issues
by observing users, analyzing data sources, and customer feedback.
Assist product owners in designing new concepts; create
wireframes, prototypes, and validate solutions
with users and stakeholders.
Design and refine
UI prototypes
from sketches to pixel-perfect specifications; focus on layout, navigation, workflow, and interaction.
Support development teams in
implementing designs
, including preparing Figma files and reviewing implementation in iterations.
Collaborate with other UX designers to
