Job Description

About the Role:

We’re looking for a UX/UI Design Consultant who’s obsessed with usability, clarity, and clean design systems. You’ll work closely with client founders, PMs, and engineers to turn complex product ideas into intuitive, high-conversion interfaces.

What You’ll Do:

Lead UX thinking for web and mobile apps
Build wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
Design pixel-perfect UI with scalable components
Run usability reviews and iterate fast based on feedback
Collaborate with dev teams to ensure clean handoff and execution

What You’ll Need:

3+ years designing digital products (must include agency experience)
Deep understanding of UX principles and usability heuristics
Strong command of Figma, modern design systems, and tools
Clear communication skills and attention to detail

Bonus if you’ve:

Worked in agile sprints with remote dev teams
Designed web/mobile app products from scratch
