About the Role

Voice and Non-Voice Process


Key Responsibilities

Voice Process:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries, complaints, or requests.

  • Provide accurate information about products and services.

  • Maintain call logs, manage follow-ups, and ensure first-call resolution.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

Non-Voice Process:

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or ticketing platforms.

  • Ensure prompt and accurate written communication.

  • Manage data entry, documentation, and backend support tasks.

  • Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

    • Voice Excellent spoken English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).

    • Non-Voice Good written English and typing speed (30+ WPM preferred).
