Ensure prompt and accurate written communication.
Manage data entry, documentation, and backend support tasks.
Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Voice Excellent spoken English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Non-Voice Good written English and typing speed (30+ WPM preferred).
