US Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies, patients, or helpdesk as per process.
Engage customers effectively to promote services or collect required information.
Handle objections professionally and escalate complex issues when needed.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Collaborate with Team Leads and Quality Analysts to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with US calling standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
14 years of experience in
outbound calling (US clients mandatory)
.
Excellent English communication, clarity, and pronunciation.
Open to work
night shifts
and from
office
.
Knowledge of US culture and customer behaviour preferred.
Proficient with CRM tools and call centre software.
Target-driven, positive, and adaptable attitude.

Important Notes

Candidate must complete
Versant Test
(Score: 55 or above) before profile submission.
All BGV checks
must be cleared before joining:

Identity | Education | Employment | Address | Criminal (Court) | Database | Drug Test (10 Panel) | FACIS Level 3 (OIG)

Joining will be only after successful BGV clearance.
