Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated Customer Service Associates who are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service to our US-based clients. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide relevant solutions to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers, providing solutions to queries and promoting our services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to share insights, improve processes, and meet performance goals.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to customers when appropriate.
• Meet individual performance metrics related to call resolution, customer satisfaction, and service quality.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with US customers.
• Minimum education: Completed 12th grade (higher education preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or voice processes is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Comfortable working fixed night shifts (Monday to Friday, 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM).
• A goal-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and performance-driven results.
