Role Overview: You will be working as a Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) in the US shift at Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd. Your main responsibilities will include taking inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues, diagnosing the problems, recommending solutions to customers, and selling technical support plans along with relevant software.
