Role & responsibilities

1. Role: - *Senior Tax Reviewer for US Taxation for both Business and Individual returns. 2. Rules & Regulation: - *Should understand the IRS regulations and Rules for both Personal and Business returns *Should understand All state tax regulations for both Personal and Business returns *Should possess minimum knowledge about the International returns and forms associated to that. *Expertise in managing multi-tasks. *Proficient in communication and understanding. *Should have knowledge in IRS publications. *Adhered to ensure that the clients are following Federal and state rules and regulations. 3. Technical Skills: - *Should experience in tax softwares like Drake, UltraTax, CCH, Pro-series, Pro-connect, My Tax prep. *Should be Efficient in MS-Excel and Excel formulas. *Should experience in Multi-state Tax returns, and other state tax credits associated to multi-states returns. *Should experience in Filing Extensions for Individual and Business clients. *Should be proficient in the Estimated tax payments for Individuals Federal & state returns, Business Federal & state returns. 4. Tax Forms in which applicant should experience: - *Form 1040, Form 1120, Form 1120-S, Form 1065, Form 5471, Form 5472, Form 990, Form 1041. *All states Business Tax Returns and Individual Tax Returns which are associated to the above federal returns. 5. Academic Knowledge: - *Should possess Basic knowledge in Accounting & Golden principles of accounting.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: - *Must and should have Specifically At least 2-3 years of experience in US Taxation Industry, with all above mentioned forms.
