US Tax Team Lead

We’re looking for skilled US Tax Team Lead to join our dynamic team! 💼

📍 Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office only)

🕒 Timings: 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM

⚡ Experience: 5+ Years

👨‍💼 Joiners: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:

a. Coordinate outsourced US Tax preparation work with Client [1040, 1065, 1120,

1120-S etc.]

b. Prepare and Review US Individual & Corporate tax returns with appropriate

schedules [1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S] in Tax Software

c. Foreign Compliance forms like Form 5471, Form 5472

d. Prepare Multi State Tax Returns

e. Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings

f. Identify legal tax savings and recommend ways to improve profits

g. Make sure that clients comply with federal, state, and local tax regulations

h. Advise on the impact of tax liabilities and corporate strategies or new tax laws

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

2 years of experience in team management, 3 years in preparation, and 2 years in reviewing

a. Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial procedures

b. Thorough knowledge of preparing and reviewing US Individual & Corporate tax

returns

c. Knowledge & understanding of IFRS, U.S GAAP accounting framework

d. Knowledge of US Multi State Taxes

e. Experience with US tax software Pro-series, Ultra-tax, Drake, CCH, Lacerte, Go

System etc.

f. Experience with US Accounting Software Quickbooks, Xero etc.

g. Advanced MS Excel knowledge (familiarity with formulas, VLOOKUPs and pivot

tables)

h. Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail

i. Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information

j. Good verbal & written English communication skills.
