As a US Staffing Professional with 2-4 years of experience, your main responsibility will be handling the full Life Cycle of Recruiting for technical positions. This includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, addressing technical queries, closing candidates, and overseeing responsibilities until their joining process. You will engage with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and H1B candidates, specifically dealing with W2/C2C arrangements. - Utilize various recruiting techniques such as Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based tools to identify suitable candidates. - Comprehend technical requirements accurately and promptly submit consultant profiles to meet client needs. - Maintain a successful track record in sales within the U.S. Staffing industry. - Utilize strong negotiating skills to finalize rates and salaries for candidates. - Collaborate effectively within a team environment to maintain and expand the candidate database. - Grasp clients" technical requirements and deliver qualified resources within specified timeframes. - Must have 2-4 years of experience in US IT Staffing. - Proficiency in recruiting techniques and understanding of IT concepts and current trends. - Strong negotiating skills and experience in hiring technical candidates across all levels. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. - Excellent communication skills and the capability to work night shifts from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am.,
