US Sales Virtual Assistant (Sales VA)

Responsibilities :

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Win backs & Retention

Cross-Selling & Upselling

Driving New Business

Client Relationship Management

Performance & Reporting

Mandatory Skills :

2+ years of experience in a high-volume outbound calling/telemarketing role.

Proficiency in CRM/AMS platforms for documentation and pipeline management.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding daily/weekly sales targets (calls, quotes, appointments).

Exceptional professional phone presence and the ability to quickly build rapport.

Experience in the US Insurance industry (P&C or Life) is strongly preferred.
