Job Description

US Legal Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates for

    legal professional roles

    using LinkedIn, Monster and Ceipal.
  • Build strong pipelines through Boolean searches and creative sourcing.
  • Pre-screen candidates and submit qualified profiles to recruiters.
  • Track activity and maintain accurate data in Ceipal ATS.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to meet client hiring goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with all candidate interactions.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in

    sourcing or recruitment (US legal staffing preferred)

  • Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Must have reliable internet, own laptop and ability to work in US time zones.
