legal, healthcare, and professional roles
using LinkedIn, Monster and Ceipal.
Build strong pipelines through Boolean searches and creative sourcing.
Pre-screen candidates and submit qualified profiles to BDM.
Track activity and maintain accurate data in Ceipal ATS.
Collaborate with BDM to meet client hiring goals and deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with all candidate interactions.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in
sourcing or recruitment (must have US Non-IT staffing)
Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Must have a reliable laptop and internet connection, and be available to work in US EST time zones
