US Recruitment Specialist (3+ Years)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated US Recruiter to join our team.

You must have at least 3 years of experience in US recruitment, working with US clients and handling end-to-end hiring needs.

This role is for someone who’s ready to work in a fast-paced environment, take on tough roles, meet monthly targets, and grow with us from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with US-based clients on their hiring needs
• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Take on challenging roles and close them within deadlines
• Meet strict monthly placement targets
• Keep clear communication with candidates

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in US recruitment
• Experience working with US clients or staffing companies
• Must be comfortable working in target-driven environments
• Strong knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
