HR Recruiter – US Recruitment

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to hire Freight Broker Agents within the US and India . The ideal candidate must have solid US recruitment experience and thrive under pressure while consistently achieving strict monthly hiring targets.

Main Tasks:

• Identify and recruit qualified Freight Broker Agents in the US and India.
• Leverage LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms to attract candidates.
• Conduct online and face-to-face interviews, efficiently closing hires.
• Achieve monthly recruitment goals consistently.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR recruitment specifically in US markets.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet strict monthly targets.
• Strong networking and candidate sourcing skills, particularly via LinkedIn.
• Comfortable conducting frequent interviews and making quick hiring decisions.
