The ideal candidate must have solid US recruitment experience and thrive under pressure while consistently achieving strict monthly hiring targets. Main Tasks: Identify and recruit qualified Freight Broker Agents in the US and India. Leverage LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms to attract candidates. Conduct online and face-to-face interviews, efficiently closing hires. Achieve monthly recruitment goals consistently. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress. Requirements: Proven experience in HR recruitment specifically in US markets. Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet strict monthly targets. Strong networking and candidate sourcing skills, particularly via LinkedIn. Comfortable conducting frequent interviews and making quick hiring decisions.
