US Property Management Accountant

Role Overview

• Handle end-to-end

  property management accounting

• Manage

  AP, AR, rent roll, CAM reconciliations & owner statements

• Perform

  bank & credit card reconciliations

• Prepare monthly financial reports (

  P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow

  )
• Post journal entries, accruals, prepayments & adjustments
• Support month-end & year-end close
• Coordinate with US clients and property managers
• Ensure compliance with

  US GAAP

Required Skills & Experience

• Mandatory experience in

  US Property Management Accounting

• Strong understanding of real estate accounting concepts
• Hands-on experience with

  Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, MRI, or QuickBooks

• Strong analytical and communication skills
