US Payroll (ADP)

Role Overview: As a liaison with clients, your main responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and configuring setups such as PTO, 401(k), and HSA. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting quarterly and year-end reconciliations, audits, historical data analysis, and generating reports. You will collaborate with internal teams (Tax, Benefits, Finance) and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure service quality. Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining process documentation, updating client manuals, and driving improvement initiatives. Your role will also involve participating in system testing, rollouts, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
