US Payroll Accounting

As a member of VOYA INDIA, your role will involve a deep understanding of insurance accounting and reporting processes. You will be responsible for reviewing remittances, making adjustments, and ensuring accurate balance transfers. Your tasks will include researching and correcting keying errors, documenting discrepancies, and generating reports following department protocols. Identifying trends for process improvements and ensuring timely completion of workflow items will also be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will handle daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating, and posting accounts receivable data. To excel in this role, you should hold a relevant accounting college degree with 5-7 years of experience. Your expertise in technical accounting and insurance accounting will be crucial. Proficiency in reconciliations, internal and external audits, and financial statement preparation is required. Strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities are essential. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary. You should also be highly proficient in using common business applications like Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and Teams. A high level of competency in reconciliation processes will be beneficial.
