Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated US Non-IT Recruiter Fresher to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process to meet the client’s hiring requirements effectively. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and closing job positions. This role is focused on recruiting for non-IT roles in the US market and requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure timely and successful placements.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and general Recruiting tasks
• Knowledge of Hiring processes and strategies for sourcing the right candidates
• Familiarity with IT Recruitment and an understanding of basic recruitment strategies
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the US job market and related hiring practices is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields are encouraged to apply
