About the Role

Pre Underwriters / Underwriters

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform

    Pre Underwriting

    and

    Underwriting

    for residential mortgage loans.
  • Review and validate loan documentation for compliance with guidelines.
  • Handle

    Loan Origination

    processes efficiently.
  • Accurately calculate borrower

    income

    and assess creditworthiness.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies.

Requirements

  • 1+years of relevant experience in US Residential Mortgage underwriting.
