Position – Title Searcher – US Mortgage

Job Shift – Night Shift - 5 Days a Week – Saturday Sunday Off

Job Summary:-

IMMEDIATE JOINER PREFERRED

Requirements: -

• Minimum

  1-year experience

  in

  US Mortgage Title Search

• Hands on Experience in working on

  Current owner and Full search

• Conduct thorough title searches and examinations of public records, including deeds, mortgages, liens, and tax records
• Analyze property titles to identify any issues that may affect the sale or financing of the property
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding title searches and property transactions

• Hands on Experience in various Search Engines

• Must have worked on

  Deed Mortgage and Taxes

• Must have experience in

  US Residential Property Documents Verification & Reviewing

• Conduct title searches:

  Examine public records, including deeds, mortgages, court records, and tax records, to verify property ownership and identify potential title issues.

• Analyze search results:

  Review search findings to determine the property's marketability and identify any issues that need to be resolved.

• Prepare title reports:

  Create detailed reports outlining the property's ownership history, any title issues, and recommendations for clearing up defects.

• Communicate with stakeholders:

  Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and other parties to resolve title issues and ensure smooth transactions.
