Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Noida for a U.S. IT Recruitment Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver professional training programs focused on U.S. IT recruitment processes, tools, and best practices. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, providing insights into IT recruitment strategies, preparing learning materials, and guiding participants to master recruitment tools and techniques. The trainer will be expected to keep the training content updated with current U.S. recruitment trends and foster an environment conducive to learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Information Technology, including concepts and trends relevant to the U.S. IT industry
• Experience in Training, Teaching, or leading skill development programs
• Proficiency in E-Learning tools and methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and mentor learners effectively
• Previous experience in U.S. IT recruitment training or related fields is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
