🔎 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲:

✅ Sourcing & screening W2 candidates

✅ Using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn RPS, and Ceipal ATS

✅ Negotiating rates and closing positions efficiently

✅ Maintaining clean documentation in ATS

✅ Understanding of visa types (USC, GC, H1B, etc.)

✔️ Proven W2 recruitment experience in the US market

✔️ Strong knowledge of visa classifications
