Junior recruiters (Freshers) 15 positions

What You Will Be Doing as a Fresher?

Will be shadowing senior recruiters and learning various recruiting practices, working with ATS, Job boards, etc.
Be able to work with prestigious companies like the Big 3 in the IT space
Must be a good team player with good communication skills.
Committed to work in Night Shift
Must know how to navigate on the internet
Excellent negotiation/communication skills
We are looking for Smart young candidates with a passion to learn and grow

Senior recruiters (experienced) 5 positions

What is expected out of a Sr. Recruiter?

All of the above, plus..
Hands on experience with Recruiting on Monster, Dice etc. is highly preferable
Proficient with contract and fulltime recruitment process
**Experience dealing with MSPs and Tier-1 vendors is a huge plus **
Enough exposure to IT/ Technical background to recruit
The candidate will be responsible for the complete requirement Process from Understanding the requirements to on-boarding.
