Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bench Sales Recruiter/ US IT Recruiter. As a Bench Sales Recruiter/ US IT Recruiter, your day-to-day tasks will include recruitment, account management, full-life cycle recruiting, and providing excellent communication to clients and candidates. This role is primarily located in Hyderabad, but offers flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience working as Bench Sales Recruiter/US IT Recruiter.
Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills
Experience in account management and hiring.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus.
Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (Preferred).
