US IT Recruiter / Bench Sales Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter cum Bench Sales Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in IT staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both sourcing new candidates and marketing bench consultants to clients and vendors across the U.S. market. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter cum Bench Sales Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in IT staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both sourcing new candidates and marketing bench consultants to clients and vendors across the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for IT requirements (W2/C2C). Use job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases. Schedule interviews, follow up with clients and candidates. Maintain relationships with potential and existing candidates. Bench Sales: Market available bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) to tier-1 vendors and direct clients. Build strong relationships with implementation partners and vendors. Negotiate rates and terms for contract positions. Track and report weekly progress and placement status Requirements: 2+ years of combined experience in US IT Recruitment and Bench Sales . Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), visa types, and time zones. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Must be able to work from the office in Chennai or Coimbatore . Bachelor’s degree preferred. Nice to Have: Prior experience working on the night shift. Familiarity with ATS tools like CEIPAL or JobDiva. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
