Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for IT requirements (W2/C2C). Use job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases. Schedule interviews, follow up with clients and candidates. Maintain relationships with potential and existing candidates. Bench Sales: Market available bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) to tier-1 vendors and direct clients. Build strong relationships with implementation partners and vendors. Negotiate rates and terms for contract positions. Track and report weekly progress and placement status Requirements: 2+ years of combined experience in US IT Recruitment and Bench Sales . Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), visa types, and time zones. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Must be able to work from the office in Chennai or Coimbatore . Bachelor’s degree preferred. Nice to Have: Prior experience working on the night shift. Familiarity with ATS tools like CEIPAL or JobDiva. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
