The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting forboth government (Local, State, and Federal) and commercial clients, along with hands-on experience usingATS tools and sourcing platforms(e.g., LinkedIn, Dice, Monster). This role requires a strategic recruiter who can identify top IT talent while ensuring compliance with employment regulations across different hiring structures. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals forW2 (full-time/contract), 1099 (independent contractors), and C2C (Corp-to-Corp)engagements. UtilizeATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other sourcing platformsto identify and engage passive and active candidates. Manage end-to-end recruitment forgovernment contracts (Local, State, Federal) and commercial clients, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Advise hiring managers and candidates onW2, 1099, and C2C employment structures, including tax, benefits, and compliance implications. Negotiatebill rates, pay rates, and contract termsfor C2C vendors while maintaining profitability. Build and maintain relationships withgovernment and commercial hiring managers, understanding their unique staffing needs. Screen candidates forvisa eligibility (H-1B, OPT, GC, etc.)and assess their fit for different employment models. Track recruitment metrics and pipeline activity usingATS and CRM tools. Required Qualifications: IT Recruiter - Sourcing profiles 45 years of IT recruiting experiencein theU.S. market, with expertise inW2, 1099, and C2C hiring models. Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other sourcing tools. Demonstrated success recruiting for government clients (Local, State, Federal) and commercial enterprises. Strong understanding ofemployment classifications, tax implications, and compliance risksacross hiring models. Experience negotiatingC2C contracts, vendor agreements, and MSP/VMS programsfor contingent workforce hiring. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
