Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced US IT / Non-IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across IT and/or Non-IT roles while meeting strict client SLAs and quality benchmarks. Recruiters find and attract qualified applicants for open positions. They review resumes, focusing on skills matching up best to the requirements at hand and interview candidates until they find just what an employer is looking for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle

    from sourcing to offer closure
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
  • Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets
  • Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring roles
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 15 years of experience in

    US IT and/or Non-IT recruitment

  • Strong understanding of US job market, tax terms, and employment types (W2, C2C, 1099)
  • Experience hiring for roles such as Developers, SAP Engineers, Quality Testers QA, Data, Healthcare, Admin, Finance, Sales, etc.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn
  • Ability to work in US shifts
  • Target-driven and detail-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with RPO or staffing firms
  • Exposure to MSP/VMS environments
  • Knowledge of ATS tools and compliance documentation
