Job Description

As an Inbound Technical Support Associate at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Diagnosing problems efficiently - Recommending the most suitable solutions to the customer - Selling technical support plans along with relevant software Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Outbound Tech Support - Ability to independently close calls - Strong convincing and sales skills At Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., you can expect a salary range of Rs. 15,000-22,000/month (fixed) along with lucrative incentives. The shift timing for this position is in the US Shift.
