JOB DESCRIPTION for USA HR Preparing offer, appointment, relieving/Experience, Consultant Agreements and HR related letters etc. Onboarding consultants - Gather Onboarding documents for consultants / contractors / employees coordinate with recruiting team , vendor and client from placement confirmation to complete onboarding process including background check, I-9 verification, validation of work authorization documents ,related paperwork etc. Preparing Agreements - 1099 for individuals and C2C contractors. Knowledge and experience in C2C, C2H, W2, 1099 etc. Client onboarding - Client follow-up and onboarding new clients taking care of agreements, MSA, PO, negotiations, related compliance and paperwork. Vendor onboarding - Vendor follow-up and taking care of onboarding new vendors, preparing MSA/ agreements and related paperwork and documents. MSA & SOW - Preparing and Reviewing the MSA and SOW for private and govt client. Documentations - Maintaining client, vendor, employee, contractor & consultants data and updating, Preparing and maintaining all HR related processes. Taking care of Immigration Process & Procedures of filing H1, L1, LCA and GC process etc., by coordinating with the Attorney’s and following up immigration procedures of H1 visa, L1, CPT etc., Maintaining and taking care of all legal and HR Compliances - State taxes, business license , yearly / quarterly / monthly filings , statement of information etc., Insurance - COI (Certificate of Insurance) - Company insurance for liability, Errors, omissions etc., Employees insurance - Health Insurance, Dental Insurance etc., to be followed up & renewed as per the timeline. Updating Insurance Certificates for Clients. Coordinating COIs(Certificate of Insurance) with States Send COIs (Certificate of Insurance) after changing as per client requirements. Certifications - Various Certification like Small Business , Minority , Women owned Certification, & Renewals Timesheet follow-ups and other related HR activities. Payrolls - coordinate for compliances Any Payroll related documents from States to be sent to ADP/Sure payroll and follow-up Process maintenance - Create, update and maintain a repository of documentations to standardize process and policies Any other tasks as may be given time to time Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
