About our Company: Company: Omega ITR ( https://omegaitr.com/) At Omega IT Resources, also known as ePayments for our education services, we know that the IT needs of small and medium-sized companies are essentially much the same as those of bigger ones. At the same time, though, their IT budgets are nowhere near as large. We help our clients select and implement IT Development, Testing, Support and infrastructure that not only fits their budgets but is also secure, reliable, and flexible and scalable enough to grow with them. We can do that end to end, becoming a clients outsourced IT department, or we can fill gaps in a client’s onboard systems or expertise as needed. Roles and Responsibilities Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US. Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers. Work on strategic global hiring programs. Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization. Procure people for different IT Requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrable experience in medical industry recruiting and sales recruiting Effective negotiating skills Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs Familiarity with online job hunting websites Working hours - 9.30 pm to 5.30 am (Night shift) IST Interested candidates can send your mail id to manoj.moni@swirepay.com
