Role : US HR and Contracts Specialist
Work mode : Onsite onlyWe are seeking an experienced HR and Contracts Specialist with expertise in US staffing, , and employee lifecycle management (ELC). The role involves managing contracts, overseeing HR operations, and ensuring compliance with US labor laws. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in contract negotiations, benefits administration, and a solid understanding of IT consulting and the US staffing market.Key Responsibilities* Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, exits).* Draft, review, and negotiate employee and vendor contracts ensuring compliance.* Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and background checks.* Maintain compliance with US labor laws, policies, and immigration regulations.Build strong networks in the US IT staffing market and manage the IT consulting process.Required Skills:* Strong understanding of US labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance.* Proficiency in managing contracts for W2, C2C, and 1099 engagements.* Comprehensive experience with the entire Employee Lifecycle Management (ELC).
