Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Panaji, Goa/ Noida

Shift: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

Experience required: 0-4+years

Responsibility:.

Understand the Clinical and Allied roles and submit relevant qualified resumes, keeping the guidelines in place
Following a robust submission SOP process to identify the TOP candidates and submit them accordingly.
Experience working on multiple tools/portals/social sites, etc, to search for the right resources and close them accordingly.
Hands on experience handling multiple roles in a day.
Proven track record as a successful HC Recruiter.
Hands on experience with End-to-End recruitment process
Maintain and update sourcing activities such as job spec creation, referrals, social networking, internal database, and online searches, web postings and user/technical groups, etc.
