You will be working at BeeperMD, a company dedicated to providing VIP healthcare services to individuals by offering free at-home Urgent Care and COVID Testing. The clinicians from BeeperMD will come directly to the individuals to diagnose illnesses and conduct tests for COVID-19, Flu, Strep, and RSV. Additionally, the company provides the convenience of sending prescriptions directly to the pharmacy. The primary mission of BeeperMD is to make health and well-being services easily accessible to everyone right at their doorstep. As a US Healthcare Recruiter based in Chandigarh, you will be employed full-time in an on-site role. Your responsibilities will include managing healthcare staffing, recruiting and hiring new staff members, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining transparent and efficient communication channels. Your key duties will involve sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, along with a background in Hiring and Customer Service. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interactions with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and time-management abilities are crucial for managing multiple tasks efficiently. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is highly valued, and previous experience in healthcare recruiting would be advantageous. The working schedule for this position includes Night Shifts with a 5-day workweek. Please note that this role requires you to work from the office exclusively.,
