||Hiring AR Caller ||Experience||Immediate Joiners||

Position:

Work Location:

10+2 if Min 13 Months of experience into intermational customer support voice process is Mandatory.

5 Days working & 2 Week offs .

Saturday&Sunday Fixed Week off

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with US insurance companies regarding submitted medical claims
  • Check claim status and update the system accordingly
  • Identify claim issues and escalate when required
  • Ensure timely resolution of pending or denied claims
  • Maintain accuracy and productivity standards during calls
  • Document call outcomes and actions taken

Required Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of AR Calling, Denials, and RCM (added advantage)
  • Good customer handling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in night shifts

Shifts & Transport:

  • Night Shift
  • 2-way cab facility (within 30 km radius)

Salary Details:


  • Experienced (1 year+):

    3.3 LPA + Performance Incentives..
