We're Hiring: Claims Specialist (Healthcare Clinic)

📍 Permanent Work from Home | US Shift | Full-Time/Part-Time Options Available

About the Role:

Claims Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Central Reach

✅ Manually enter and submit claims through payer-specific portals when electronic submission is unavailable.

✅ Scrub and review claims to identify and correct any errors prior to submission.

✅ Work to minimize claim denials or rejections by ensuring all data is clean and compliant.

✅ Stay updated with insurance billing guidelines and payer-specific requirements.

✅ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and issues.


Requirements:

Experience:

Central Reach

written and spoken English

🔹 Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

🔹 Good understanding of CPT/HCPCS codes and insurance policies

🔹 Prior experience in denial management
