Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SaaS Sales Specialist located in Thane. The SaaS Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, training clients, and managing relationships. The role also involves developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and providing feedback to improve product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Sales and Sales Management
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in providing Training to clients
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in SaaS or tech sales is a plus
