Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate located in Hubli. The AR Associate will be responsible for invoicing, managing and tracking payments, resolving billing inquiries, and ensuring accurate financial records. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer service calls, performing account reconciliations, and communicating with clients regarding payment discrepancies. The AR Associate should maintain updated records of invoices and receipts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
Experience with Invoicing and Account Reconciliation
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the healthcare industry or previous AR roles is a plus
