As a Team Lead / Assistant Manager at QX Global Group, you will play a crucial role in enabling business transformation in the areas of finance, accounting, and recruitment operations. By combining specialized skills, deep industry knowledge, and the latest technology, you will utilize a 3P approach of PEOPLE, PROCESS, and PLATFORM to deliver innovative outsourcing solutions tailored to address the unique business challenges of clients across 15 industries. **Responsibilities:** - Communicate effectively with US CPA firm and the end client. - Review monthly and yearly bookkeeping/accounting projects. - Execute month-end and year-end closing processes. - Conduct bank and account reconciliations proficiently. - Prepare financial statements on a yearly and monthly basis. - Demonstrate at least 2-3 years of team handling experience. - Handle tasks related to 940, 941, and 1099. - Showcase strong organizational skills to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and independently lead projects from start to finish. **Skills:** - Possess strong technical, interpersonal, communication, and team handling skills. - Exhibit excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Showcase proficiency in reviewing and resolving queries effectively. - Demonstrate knowledge of US Accounting principles. - Advance expertise in QBO, QBD, Xero, and advanced Excel. - Comfortable working in US shift timings. **What We Offer:** Joining QX Global Group means being part of a dynamic team where you can grow personally and contribute to collective goals.
