US Accounting Team Lead/AM

As a Team Lead / Assistant Manager at QX Global Group, you will play a crucial role in enabling business transformation in finance, accounting, and recruitment operations. By leveraging your specialized skills, deep industry knowledge, and technology expertise, you will use a 3P approach of PEOPLE, PROCESS, and PLATFORM to deliver innovative outsourcing solutions across 15 industries. **Key Responsibilities:** - Communicate effectively with US CPA firm and the end client. - Review monthly and yearly bookkeeping/accounting projects. - Execute month-end and year-end closing activities. - Conduct bank and account reconciliations proficiently. - Prepare financial statements on a yearly and monthly basis. - Demonstrate a minimum of 2-3 years of team handling experience. - Handle tasks related to 940, 941, and 1099. - Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple engagements independently and see projects through from start to finish. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with team handling capabilities. - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficient in reviewing and resolving queries effectively. - In-depth knowledge of US Accounting principles. - Advanced proficiency in QBO, QBD, Xero, and advanced Excel. - Comfortable working in US shifts.
