Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow client accounts in the US staffing domain.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Lead, guide, and mentor the recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Drive performance metrics such as submittals, interviews, and closures.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients.
Handle escalations and ensure issue resolution within agreed timelines.
Generate new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in US staffing with at least 2 years in an account management role.
Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, compliance, and hiring trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Ability to work in US time zones.
Proven track record in achieving account growth and delivery targets.
