Urologist / Uro Surgeon

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urological conditions, including kidney stones, urinary tract infections, prostate disorders, incontinence, and male infertility
• Perform urological surgeries and procedures, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open urological surgeries, as per clinical requirements
• Conduct outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, and follow-up care to ensure continuity of treatment
• Interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging studies, lab results, and urodynamic assessments to support clinical decision-making
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with current medical guidelines and best practices
• Provide emergency urological care when required
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with medical, ethical, and legal standards
• Collaborate with other specialists, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, preventive care, and post-procedure recovery
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and ongoing medical education to enhance care standards
  

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• MBBS with MS/DNB in Urology or equivalent recognized qualification
• Proven experience as a Urologist or Uro Surgeon with strong clinical and surgical exposure
• Expertise in managing both routine and complex urological conditions
• Strong surgical skills with a commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence
• Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Compassionate approach to patient care with clear and empathetic communication skills
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary medical team
• Commitment to ethical medical practice and continuous professional development
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Raipur and actively contribute to the growth of urology services
