Urgently Required Stores Assistant- Male

Job description

· Manage all aspects of store operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.

· Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

· Maintain accuracy in all store transactions.

· Communicate effectively with senior management and implement improvement suggestions.

· Handle equipment calibration and qualification.

· Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth warehouse operations.

· Prepare and verify reports and maintain documentation in compliance with cGMP.

· Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support production requirements.

· Ensure quality control and environment management in the store area.

· Monitor warehouse hygiene and conduct daily briefings with team leaders.

· Provide training to enhance skills and knowledge of subordinates.

· Manage non-moving and rejected material clearance within timelines.

· Prepare and implement SOPs for stores management and ensure compliance.

· Plan and optimize workforce utilization within the department.

· Prepare for and participate in audits related to stores operations.

· Discipline and team building within the department.

Experience:- 1-2 Years

Working Loction:- Pawane MIDC- Turbhe.

Industry:- Pharmaceutical
