1. Brand Strategy & Development

• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the companys vision and goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive positioning.
• Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone.

2. Brand Identity & Communication

• Oversee the creation of brand assets, including logos, color schemes, typography, and taglines.
• Develop compelling brand stories and messaging for various platforms (website, social media, advertising, PR, etc.).
• Ensure a consistent brand voice across all marketing and communication channels.

3. Marketing & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute branding campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design advertising strategies (digital, print, OOH, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

4. Digital & Social Media Branding

• Work closely with the social media team to enhance the brands digital presence.
• Develop content strategies for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Optimize branding efforts through SEO, PPC, and influencer collaborations.

5. Public Relations & Partnerships

• Build relationships with media, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance brand reputation.
• Develop PR strategies, press releases, and event sponsorship plans.
• Identify co-branding and strategic partnership opportunities.

6. Brand Performance & Analytics

• Track key brand performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand awareness, perception, and engagement.
• Use analytics tools to measure campaign success and consumer sentiment.
• Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for brand improvement.

7. Internal Branding & Culture

• Work with HR to promote employer branding and internal culture initiatives.
