Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to
analyze business processes
and identify opportunities for improvement in healthcare systems.
Gather, document, and validate
functional and non-functional requirements
for healthcare applications (EHR/EMR, Claims, Billing, Member Management, etc.).
Work closely with
Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and SMEs
to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented correctly.
Conduct
gap analysis
between existing systems and proposed solutions.
Act as a liaison between business teams and IT teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and assist in
risk management and change control
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in
Healthcare Management, IT, Computer Science, or related field
.
8+ years of experience
as a Business Analyst,
in the Healthcare domain
.
Strong understanding of
PayerProvider workflows
, Claims Processing, Enrollment, Billing, or Healthcare Analytics.
Experience with
Agile/Scrum methodologies
and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex healthcare processes into clear, actionable requirements.

Soft Skills:

Strong stakeholder management and communication.
Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Proactive problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
