Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive bookings and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and meetings.
• Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and close deals efficiently.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address client concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
