Job Summary:

The Assistant Business Finance Manager & Financial MIS Manager plays a dual role, combining financial management responsibilities with overseeing the organizations financial information systems. This role is crucial in driving both financial strategy and ensuring that management has access to accurate, timely financial data to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and technology-driven financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

• Assist in managing the companys financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare and present day-to-day financial reports to senior management, including income statements, Cost Saving Reports & other MIS as requisite by management.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support strategic financial planning and business decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Assist with the management of financial risks and operational risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.

2. Management Information Systems (MIS):

• Oversee the design and maintenance of financial MIS to provide timely and accurate financial data.
• Ensure the integration and efficiency of financial data systems to support business needs.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to develop and enhance financial reporting systems and dashboards.
• Lead the automation of financial reporting processes, reducing manual data entry and improving data accuracy.
• Provide data-driven insights by analyzing trends and creating financial models to support business strategies.
• Train and support staff on using financial MIS tools and reporting systems.
