Civil Orders and Contracts (Blocks and Projects)

Preparing comparatives charts for various tenders and analyzing the same in terms of rates.
Communicating with the tenders for clarifications, if any. Arranging and co-coordinating meeting with various tenders. Assisting FH for issuance of final order.

Block Purchases

Sending enquiries to various parties for the supply of the required asset.
Preparing comparative charts for the various offers received and analyzing the same. Getting the user departments to technically evaluate the offers received. Arrangement and co-ordination of meetings with various contractors. Assisting FH for issuance of final order.

Revenue Billing and Debtors Management, Insurance and Risk management of assets and inventories

- Ensuring timely raising of bills after collection of required documents to ECL
- Follow up for realization of bills- Effective & timely risk mitigation , insurance of the assets and inventories.- Proper coordination with stores and AVP (F&C) for maintaining inventories and doing ABC Analysis.

Indirect Taxation

- Compliance and Management of Indirect Taxation.
- Service Tax filing and payment and summarize and analyze time to time changes in Commercial Taxes and ID- Examining commercial tax matters, filling of returns in time.- Coordination of issues of IDT with Manager and AVP F&C
